The music of Heavenly Sessions is a carefully crafted blend of neoclassical and ambient music genres, nature sounds, Solfeggio frequencies, and compositions by Adjaxa. Every element is designed to purposefully serve the listener.

The physical setting of Heavenly Sessions is meticulously curated in order to create a haven of comfort and safety, allowing both the body and senses to relax profoundly. Participants are invited to rest on comfortable mattresses and wear sleep masks, minimizing external distractions and allowing them to unwind fully. By gently removing visual stimuli, they are encouraged to turn inward, release all physical tension, and surrender to the emotional depth of the music.

My professional journey is rooted in a dedication to healing. After completing my medical education and practicing as a surgeon, I gained a profound understanding of human physiology and the intricate relationship between the body, mind, and overall well-being.

To ground my creative vision in technical mastery, I completed extensive training in electronic music production at SAE Amsterdam, alongside specialized studies at STEIM (Studio for Electro Instrumental Music) in Amsterdam, the Electroacoustic Music Academy of Ionian University, and the Contemporary Music Research Center in Athens. My work relies heavily on the environment, informed by advanced field recording workshops.

My portfolio spans sound installations for the MIR Festival in Athens, compositions for contemporary art exhibitions like Tidal Flow, scores for short films at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam, and runway music for Athens Fashion Week at the Zappeion Megaron.

Whether performing DJ ambient sets in curated, nature-adjacent settings, broadcasting as a producer for Poplie online radio, or playing eclectic DJ sets across defining Athens venues (including Fouar, Azor, and Death Disco), my intention remains constant: to deliver immersive audio experiences that gently shift the energy of the listeners.

My diverse professional background taught me that true healing extends beyond treating physical symptoms—it also involves reducing stress, restoring balance and supporting the individual as a whole.

What exactly is a Heavenly Session?

It is an immersive listening experience designed for deep relaxation and inner reflection. Each session takes the form of a curated DJ set, seamlessly blending neoclassical compositions, ambient textures, organic nature sounds and intentionally selected frequencies into a unique musical journey. Participants lay on comfortable mattresses wearing sleep masks, allowing them to completely unwind.

How long does a Heavenly Session last?

Each session lasts 45 minutes. To preserve a meditative and uninterrupted atmosphere for everyone, doors close strictly at the scheduled start time. We kindly ask that you arrive 15–20 minutes early to settle into the space comfortably. After the session ends, you are welcome to stay for an additional 15–20 minutes to relax, ground yourself softly, and transition back calmly. Altogether, please allow roughly an hour and a half for the full experience.

What should I wear during a Heavenly Session?

Wearing loose, comfortable clothing is highly recommended. Comfort is key to fully immersing yourself in the experience.

Do I need to bring anything with me?

Depending on the specific venue, comfortable mats and sleep masks may be provided. However, you are always welcome to bring your own cozy blanket or a small pillow to maximize your personal comfort during the session. Note: Specific event details will always list exactly what is provided on-site.

Can I use my phone?

We practice a strict digital detox policy during the performance. We ask that all phones be silenced (or placed on airplane mode) and kept away. Let this be a rare space where you are entirely present in the moment.

Are children allowed to attend?

Heavenly Sessions are tailored for adults and older teens (ages 16+) who can fully engage with a silent, reflective environment and thus preserve the deeply relaxed and meditative atmosphere.

What if I fall asleep during a session?

Falling asleep is completely natural and one of the highest compliments to the experience! The soundscapes and overall setting are intentionally curated to calm the nervous system and guide you into deeply relaxed states. If your body needs sleep, it will instinctively take it! To ensure you can fully surrender to the experience without worrying about the time, a gentle sound will mark the exact beginning of the session, and that same distinct sound will return to signal the end. Even if you drift off completely, it will softly guide you back to awareness. There is no “wrong” way to experience a session—simply let go and trust whatever your body needs.

Can a session be tailored to a specific luxury hospitality setting, event theme, or festival concept?
